I need help with everything, incl. 2D concept design, detail design, and finding a contractor. (Recommended)

Design Fees *

What is your budget for the design fees??

I expect the design fees to be approximately 5-10% of the build budget, depending on details.

I acknowledge that there is a AED300 fee for the initial site visit meeting that covers the designers time for the call out and admin time post-visit
